This Refund Policy describes how refunds are handled for purchases made for the services provided by 42apps LLC, a company incorporated in the Republic of Kazakhstan with its principal office located at Mamyr microdistrict, 49, Almaty, Kazakhstan.

Our service is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that allows users to schedule and manage social media content and integrations with third-party platforms.

Payments for subscriptions may be processed by authorized payment providers acting as the merchant of record.

By purchasing a subscription to the Service, you agree to this Refund Policy in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Digital Service and Immediate Access

The Service is a digital subscription-based product that provides immediate access to platform functionality after purchase.

Once payment is successfully completed, access to the Service is granted immediately and the service is considered delivered.

By completing a purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate provision of the digital service.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The request is submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase
  • A technical issue prevents use of the Service and our support team is unable to resolve the issue
  • A charge was clearly unauthorized or made in error

All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not provided in the following situations:

  • You forgot to cancel your subscription before renewal
  • You decided not to continue using the Service
  • The Service was not used during the subscription period
  • You misunderstood the functionality of the Service before purchasing
  • The billing period has already been partially or fully used
  • Account suspension occurred due to violation of our Terms of Service

4. Subscriptions and Cancellation

All paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through:

  • your account settings within the Service, or
  • the billing management tools provided during checkout.

Canceling a subscription prevents future charges, but does not automatically result in a refund for the current billing period.

  • the email address associated with your account
  • the date of purchase
  • a brief explanation of the refund request

Refund requests must be submitted by the original purchaser.

Payments for the Service may be processed by authorized payment providers acting as merchant of record.

If a refund is approved, the refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution and may take several business days.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal obligations.

The updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
