- Collaborate through team access and workspace tools
The Service operates exclusively through official APIs and authorization mechanisms provided by third-party platforms.
2. Account Registration
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
You may not share access credentials with unauthorized third parties.
3. Third-Party Platform Authorization
The Service allows you to connect social media accounts via official OAuth mechanisms. By connecting an account, you:
- Confirm you are the owner or authorized administrator
- Grant permission to publish content and retrieve analytics via APIs
- Acknowledge that third-party platform terms still apply
Foxypostify does not access accounts without explicit authorization. Foxypostify is not responsible for:
- Account suspensions
- Content removal
- Platform enforcement actions
- API limitations
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Violate applicable laws
- Circumvent API limits or safeguards
- Publish spam, harmful, or misleading content
- Operate fake or deceptive accounts
- Perform unauthorized automation
- Infringe intellectual property rights
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.
5. Subscription, Billing and Trial
The Service operates on a subscription basis.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date
- Trial access may be provided
- Refunds may be granted at our discretion or where required by law
- Subscriptions can be managed via account settings
Payments may be processed by authorized third-party providers acting as merchant of record.
Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination.
6. Data and Security
The Service may store:
- OAuth access tokens
- Scheduled content
- Analytics data
Tokens are securely stored and used only to provide functionality.
Infrastructure may be hosted in the United States or other jurisdictions.
Users are responsible for ensuring compliance with applicable data protection laws.
7. Service Availability
The Service depends on third-party APIs and infrastructure. We do not guarantee:
- Continuous availability
- Availability of specific integrations
- Stability of third-party APIs
We are not liable for outages caused by third-party services.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and platform content belong to Foxypostify.
Users retain ownership of their content.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxypostify is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the user in the previous 12 months.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Foxypostify from claims arising from:
- Your content
- Violations of platform rules
- Misuse of the Service
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- You violate these Terms
- You misuse integrations
- Required by law
You may terminate your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by applicable international laws and regulations.

Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
